You will never be asked to pick a panel.
The average Indian lab sells twenty-one health packages. Two of them are named almost identically, priced ninety rupees apart, and one is six times the panel of the other. Nobody buying for a parent from eleven time zones away can make that call. So we removed it.
Two panels, not twenty-one
One for adults, one for people past fifty. The birth date decides. Both cost the same, so there is never a cheaper option to feel bad about not choosing.
Then your own results decide
From the second draw on, the panel adapts to what the first one found. Nothing is dropped — markers are added where something needs watching, so the trend line never breaks.

The next draw is booked before you think to ask. You confirm a morning, or move it. Missing one is something we notice and follow up, not something that quietly stops.

Six markers have not moved measurably in a year. They go to an annual check rather than a quarterly one — fewer numbers, less noise, and nothing lost. Any of them returns the moment something related changes.
Sentinel markers — HbA1c, kidney function, haemoglobin, liver enzymes, thyroid — are never rested. They run every quarter for as long as you are a member.
Nine systems, and nothing that only pads the count.
Core is 41 markers. After fifty it is 52. You are never asked which — the birth date picks it. Each marker earns its place by changing what someone would do next.

“Normal” is a wide word.
A lab’s reference interval describes the middle 95% of people who happened to get tested — including plenty who are quietly heading somewhere bad. We show that standard range, and inside it a tighter optimal band drawn from outcome research.

The things people ask first.
Will my parents have to agree to this?
Yes, and that is deliberate. We call them within 48 hours, in their language, without you on the line, and explain it. If they would rather not take part we refund you in full and cancel — you will not have to ask. Nothing happens to anyone who has not agreed to it.
What will I actually be able to see?
Whatever your mother or father decides, and they can change it whenever they like. Some share everything. Some share a short summary — steady, or two things need attention — without the numbers. Some share only that the test happened. Their results always come to them first, and in full.
Who draws the blood?
A licensed phlebotomist goes to their home, in a window they confirm. About ten minutes, no waiting room, no autorickshaw to a collection centre at seven in the morning.
Which lab runs the samples?
NABL-accredited partner labs in India, with every report countersigned by a qualified pathologist, as Indian law requires. The same markers go to the same lab every quarter, which is what makes the trend meaningful.
What happens if something is seriously wrong and I am asleep?
We do not wait for you. A doctor reviews every draw, and for a genuinely urgent result we call a local contact your parent has named — a neighbour, a relative, their own physician — and their doctor. You are told afterwards, whatever they have chosen to share with you.
How is this different from a full-body checkup package?
A package is a dot. Bought once, read against a population average, forgotten. We measure the same markers every quarter and read each one against your parent's own history, so a slow drift shows up while it is still small. We also measure fewer things than a 90-test package, on purpose — most of that count is one blood-count machine reporting the same sample thirty ways.
Which cities do you cover?
We are starting with a small number of metros where we can actually guarantee a phlebotomist at the door and a lab turnaround we control. If your parents are somewhere we do not yet reach, tell us and we will say so plainly rather than take the money.
Can I pause or cancel?
Any time, without an email or a phone call. Results already on file stay theirs — not ours, and not yours.
